Radiant Bear Games
Website Privacy & Cookie Policy
Effective August 20, 2026
This policy applies when you visit radiantbeargames.com. Privacy policies linked from individual products separately describe data handled inside those apps and games.
Controller and contact
Arnold Sallay, operating under the Radiant Bear Games name, is responsible for the website data described here. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].
Essential website operation
Our hosting and security providers necessarily process limited technical information, such as IP address, requested URL, time, browser information, and security events, to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and maintain reliability. This processing is based on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website. Server and security records are retained only for operational, fraud-prevention, and legal needs.
Google Analytics - optional
Google Analytics 4 is disabled by default. It is loaded only after you choose “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner. If accepted, Google Analytics may process page views, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device characteristics, referring pages, interactions, and randomly generated identifiers so we can understand aggregate website use. We do not enable Google Signals or advertising personalization.
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, for storing or accessing analytics identifiers on your device, your consent under applicable European ePrivacy rules. Rejecting analytics does not limit access to the site.
Cookies and local storage
The consent preference is necessary to remember and respect your choice. Analytics cookies are optional and are not created before acceptance.
Changing or withdrawing consent
Use the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of any page at any time. Choosing “Reject analytics” stops future analytics loading and attempts to remove existing Google Analytics cookies from this site. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred lawfully before withdrawal. You can also delete cookies and site storage in your browser.
Google as a recipient and international transfers
When analytics is accepted, Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics and may use affiliated processors. Information may be processed outside the European Economic Area. Google describes its transfer safeguards, including relevant adequacy decisions and contractual protections, in its privacy documentation. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Ads Data Processing Terms.
Newsletter subscriptions
If you voluntarily subscribe to a newsletter, your email address is sent to and processed by EmailOctopus to deliver the messages you requested. The legal basis is consent. You can withdraw it through the unsubscribe link in any newsletter. EmailOctopus retains the address while you remain subscribed or as required for suppression and legal records. See the EmailOctopus Privacy Policy.
Your European privacy rights
Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, data portability, or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to the supervisory authority where you live or work. In Hungary, the supervisory authority is the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH).
Changes
We will update this policy when website services or data practices materially change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
