Does System Cleaner require an internet connection?
No. System Cleaner is a complete offline game. It has no account, backend, advertising, analytics, or tracking.
Where is my progress stored?
Progress, unlocks, records, and settings are stored in the app's private local container on your Mac. Apple-managed backups may include that local data.
How do I erase my save data?
Open Options from the main menu, choose Reset Save Data, and confirm. This permanently clears local progress and cannot be undone.
What should I include in a bug report?
Send your Mac model, macOS version, game version and build, what you expected, what happened, and clear reproduction steps. Please remove personal information from screenshots and recordings.
Can I use a controller?
Yes. System Cleaner supports controllers as well as keyboard and mouse. If a controller behaves unexpectedly, include its exact model in your support email.
