What kind of API key do I need?
Use a Steamworks Financial API Group key. A standard Steam Community Web API key will not work. The Financial API Group key can read financial data for every app in its partner account, so keep it private.
Why was my key rejected?
Confirm that you copied the full key and that it belongs to a Financial API Group. You can remove and reconnect the key in Settings.
Why did a background check not run on schedule?
iOS decides when background work can run. Battery, network access, and how often you use the app can affect it. The selected interval is a request, not a fixed schedule. Open the app and use Sync Now when you need the latest available reports.
Why are today's numbers missing?
Wishlist reporting is not real time and normally updates once per day. Wishlist reports use GMT. Sales reports use Steam's Pacific Time reporting day, so their latest dates may differ.
What is included for free?
The free version tracks one game and supports manual checks and core reports. Pro adds more games, background checks, alerts, detailed reports, events, goals, CSV export, widgets, and Shortcuts.
Can I try the app without a publisher key?
Yes. Choose Open Preview on the first screen, or switch Data mode to Preview in Settings. Preview data stays on your device and makes no network requests.
What does the CSV export contain?
The export includes wishlist and sales report rows for your tracked games. It does not include your API key. CSV export is included with Pro and is not available in Preview mode.
How do I delete my data?
Delete a tracked game to remove its saved reports, public Steam data, events, and goals. In Settings, choose Remove API Key before deleting the app if you also want the Keychain item removed immediately. Exported CSV files must be deleted from the app or location where you saved them.
