Radiant Canvas is a local AI image generator for macOS, published by Arnold Sallay under Radiant Bear Games. This policy explains what the app processes, what leaves the Mac, what is stored, and how to delete it.
Data collected by Arnold Sallay
Radiant Canvas does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data with Arnold Sallay or Radiant Bear Games. The app contains no developer account system, advertising, analytics, tracking technology, telemetry, remote prompt service, or developer-operated server.
Prompts and AI image generation
Your prompts are processed by the Krea 2 model locally on your Mac. Generated images are produced locally. Radiant Canvas does not upload prompts, generated images, seeds, generation settings, model inputs, or imported adapters to Arnold Sallay, Radiant Bear Games, Krea, Hugging Face, or another AI service.
Information stored on your Mac
Radiant Canvas stores app settings, up to 50 recent prompts, generated images, generation metadata, imported LoRA and LoKr adapters, adapter presets, and the downloaded model in local app storage. PNG metadata may include the prompt, tool name, model, seed, steps, sampler, guidance, dimensions, Fast mode, adapters, creation time, generation duration, and app version when metadata embedding is enabled.
You control exported PNG copies and any files opened through standard macOS file panels. Imported model or adapter files are copied or accessed locally and are not uploaded by Radiant Canvas.
Network connections and third parties
When you approve first-run setup, Radiant Canvas connects to Hugging Face to retrieve the Krea 2 Turbo Q8 model manifest and files. Hugging Face necessarily receives network request information such as your IP address and request metadata and handles it under its own terms and privacy policy. Prompts and generated images are not included in these requests.
Radiant Canvas uses Apple StoreKit for the optional Radiant Canvas PRO purchase and restoration. Apple processes Apple Account, transaction, storefront, payment, diagnostics, and related platform information independently under the Apple Privacy Policy. Radiant Canvas receives only signed purchase and entitlement results needed to unlock PRO and does not receive payment card details.
Notifications
If you enable completion notifications, macOS asks for permission. Radiant Canvas schedules the notification locally when a generation finishes. Notification content is not sent to Arnold Sallay or Radiant Bear Games. You can disable permission in macOS System Settings.
Retention and deletion
Local information remains until you delete it. Individual gallery images can be moved to Trash. Prompt history can be cleared in the app. To remove all Radiant Canvas data, open Settings and choose Delete All Data; after confirmation the app removes local settings, prompts, images and metadata, adapters and presets, and its downloaded model, then quits. You can also delete exported files separately in Finder.
Children’s privacy
Radiant Canvas does not knowingly collect personal data from children because it does not collect personal data from users. The app is a general creative tool and is not directed specifically to children.
Security and legal use
Local processing reduces data exposure, but you remain responsible for securing your Mac and for the prompts, adapters, and outputs you create. Use of the Krea 2 model is subject to the Krea 2 Community License and Krea Acceptable Use Policy displayed during setup and included in the app.
Changes to this policy
If a future Radiant Canvas version changes its data practices or adds an online service, this policy and the Mac App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before that version is released.
