What local generation means
The selected model reads the prompt and creates the image on the Mac. The prompt and result are not sent to a cloud generation service. After a model is downloaded, generation can work offline.
Five models in one app
Model Manager includes two Krea 2 choices, Z-Image Turbo, FLUX.2 Klein, and ERNIE-Image Turbo. You can keep several installed and switch based on speed, quality, download size, text, or layout needs.
A normal Mac app
The Create screen keeps the common choices easy to find. Gallery stores results and settings locally. PRO adds manual controls, extra formats, PNG export, Fast mode, ML Enhance, and custom LoRAs.
Local image generation means your Mac does the work that would otherwise happen on a remote computer. Before you begin, you download a model and keep its files on your drive. The first setup takes some time and uses several gigabytes of storage, but you do not need to upload each prompt or wait for a cloud service after that.
A normal session is straightforward. Open the app, choose an installed model, describe the image, and start the generation. The result appears in the local Gallery with the prompt and settings that made it. You can return to an earlier image, reuse its details, and change one part of the prompt without starting from memory.
Different models can give different results from the same words. One may be quicker, another may handle realistic scenes better, and another may be more useful when the image contains text. You do not need to choose one model forever. Install the ones that fit your available storage, then switch when a new image calls for a different approach.
